It is my belief that the primary role of the practitioner is to help facilitate the body's inherent ability to heal itself. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy & 9 years of clinical experience I created Kinetic Flow Method, LLC in order to combine my unique skillset that specializes in orthopedic rehab, manual therapy, yoga, functional mobility, fitness programming, and other neuro-motor techniques.
My background as a manual trained physical therapist began with my Doctorate studies at the University of Saint Augustine, San Diego where I practiced various manual therapy techniques under the training of international renowned manual physical therapist Stanley Paris.
Since graduation I've honed my skills through mentorship under osteopath trained outpatient private practice in the DC metropolitan area. In 2016 I moved to the Delaware beaches to reside closer to family where I transitioned into an orthopedic home care setting in order to continue to provide optimal 1:1 care to my patients. My true passion is to provide ANYbody with the skills to build the mind/body connection as they achieve your health/wellness goals.

I believe in holistic care model that considers the individual as a whole and ALL factors that facilitate improved self-awareness and healing.
What does it mean to use bio-psycho-social therapeutic approach?
Stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression call all significantly impact the resting state of musculoskeletal system. Pain develops as a result of under/overactive muscle firing and dysfunctional movement/breathing patterns. When left unaddressed this can lead to central sensitization where the brain develops a heightened pain response.
Understanding a person’s schedule , self-care, and stress management strategies is as important as a physical examination because these factors to contribute to the individuals ability to heal. If a person’s lifestyle habits contribute to a chronic heightened nervous system, its important to address these factors otherwise they will never find long term pain relief.
